CORD leader Raila Odinga wanted DP William Ruto jailed, a Jubilee MP has said.
Aden Duale, who is majority leader in the Jubilee Coalition as well as Garissa Town MP says that the CORD leader was hoping that the International Criminal Court ICC jails the DP so as to aid his own political life.
He has accused Odinga of not supporting the DO during the time before, during and even after the ICC case.
” We all know that there is someone who wanted the DP to go to jail and that is Raila,” he said Thursday.
He added that the CORD leader’s political career is dead as long as the DP is free and out of the ICC bondage.
” Raila’s political life died the time the ICC released the DP. He is old news,” he added.
The Jubilee Coalition offered Raila a place in Nakuru on Saturday to celebrate the acquittal of the DP from the Hague but he has turned it down.
