CORD leader Raila Odinga says that Moses Wetangula promised to support his 2017 elections bid.
Raila says that the FORD Kenya boss knows that he stands the best chance of winning the poll.
“Wetangula agreed to support Raila in a meeting early this year and said he knew the former PM was the best candidate,” a CORD source told News24.
Wetangula has called for Raila to support him come 2017, an issue that has caused angst within the opposition ranks.
“We all know who is the better candidate… That is not in question,” the source added.
Wetangula did nor comment on the matter.
