Nakuru Governor, Kinuthia Mbugua was embarrassed in front of President Kenyatta after he was booed by residents as he tried to address them.
The incident occurred Thursday afternoon in Nakuru town where the President was on a meet-the-people tour.
The Governor, who was the host to the President and his deputy was forced to cut short his address and pass over the microphone to deputy President William Ruto who addressed the crowd before inviting the President.
The incident was a message perhaps to the Governor who seems to have lost touch with most residents in his County.
