IPOB Claims Prison Nigeria Will Cease To Exist.

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has faulted President Muhammadu Buhari over a recent comment credited to him, where he maintained that those calling for secession of Biafra were jokers reported theDaily Post.

Biafra agitators took to the streets on Tuesday to demand their freedom from Nigeria.

A statement jointly issued by top leaders of the group, Emmanuel Mmezu and Clifford Iroanya affirmed that they won’t relent until the dream of Biafra became reality.

Supporters further said the ‘prison called Nigeria’ will cease to exist as a nation. “We are pained by the statement General Buhari made yesterday in Kastina, that the whole of Nigerian would rather perish, than our people to be free from bondage. We view that position as the mindset of a deluded man. It is a pity that the man cannot see that this unitary and hostile prison called Nigerian, cannot survive much longer”.

Buhari, while speaking in his country home, Kastina State on Monday averred that no one can disintegrate Nigeria as a nation
