Nairobi – Nyatike MP Hon Edic Anyanga has warned aspirants think of free and fair nominations during party primaries.
“Don’t expect free and fair nominations,if in serious democracies like USA people managed to rig primaries and elections, what of Kenya which is still struggling with her democracy?” said the MP eyeing his third term in parliament.
“Kionge pesa to wek thagori ni ichung’ ni idwani oyieri ekom Moro amora (If you don’t have money don’t waste your time vying for any post), ” he added.
The MP also challenged South Nyanza residents to be like their central Nyanza counterpart who elect their leaders largely for no more than one term so as to see the benefits of their leadership.
