A member of Parliament has told Kenyans to stop their barbaric behaviour of fighting and hating one another in the name of President Uhuru Kenyatta and CORD leader Raila Odinga.
Nakuru west member of Parliament Samuel Arama said that Raila and Uhuru are the best of friends and their families mingle together.
He added that the Kenyatta and Odinga families do business together, eat together and have a lot of things in common.
Speaking Wednesday morning in Nakuru town, Arama said that Raila’s visit to state house was a clear indication that the two are friends.
He wondered why Kikuyus and Luos should keep on fighting and seeing each other as enemies while Raila and Uhuru dine and wine together.
“These guys are not enemies and in fact they do business together; they play golf together and meet in the same shopping malls,” said Arama.
“Why should Kenyans keep on fighting over people who meet, wine and dine together? Their children and grand children go to the same schools and they call each other,” he added.
“It is stupid for an ordinary Luo and Kikuyu to hate one another while Raila and Uhuru are real buddies.”
