83-Year-Old Al Pacino Reaches Custody Agreement with 29-Year-Old Noor Alfallah

Al Pacino and his fiancée Noor Alfallah have finally decided on a parenting plan for their four-month-old baby, Roman Alfallah Pacino.

The Godfather star, 83, and Alfallah, 29, have reached a deal for the child after Alfallah filed for custody in September, according to The Blast, which saw legal documents and described the process as cordial.

According to the site, the Oscar winner was ‘expected to pay a considerable amount’ in child support to Alfallah.

Alfallah filed legal documents in Los Angeles this month, seeking for full physical custody of the infant and requesting that Pacino have’reasonable visitation,’ The Blast reported September 7 after seeing the documents.

A Pacino spokeswoman then disputed that the actor had split up with his girlfriend, telling DailyMail, ‘They remain together.’

Pacino and Alfallah had been dating since April 2022, and their son was born on June 6 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

The Scarface star has three children with two women: Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, all 22 years old, with Beverly D’Angelo, and Julie Pacino, 34, with Jan Tarrant.

In the filings, Alfallah stated that she was willing to provide the veteran actor shared legal custody of their infant kid, giving him a say in subjects such as school, religion, medical treatment, and others.

She also included a ‘voluntary declaration of parenthood,’ which she and Pacino signed six days after their son was born.

The paperwork, which was signed by a third-party witness, affirmed Pacino’s paternity of the child. According to court documents, Alfallah conceived the kid in California after participating in ‘s**ual intercourse’ with the actor.

According to the publication, Alfallah requested in court documents that Pacino pay her lawyer bills and any other case-related charges.

According to the legal documents, ‘the court may impose orders for the support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.’

It was expected that the judge in the case would state an amount based on what Alfallah asks for in forthcoming hearings; there was no evidence to indicate that Pacino was opposed to any of the requests, the outlet reported.
