A 47-year-old Italian man was Thursday morning found dead in his room at the Sankara hotel in Westlands, Nairobi.
The man had booked a room on the 4th floor of the posh hotel where he had been staying since Tuesday.
According to Nairobi News, he died after calling for a taxi to pick him up from the hotel.
The hotel staff had gone to check him up after he failed to answer to calls by the taxi driver, and that is when they found his lifeless body was found near the door of his room.
According to Daily Nation, he had injuries on the head.
Police have already launched investigations into his death.
