Ghanaian actor, Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye who played the role of “Strika” in box office movie, Beast of No Nation, has appealed to his countrymen for help again.
He made the appeal just after being spotted on the streets selling coconut. Strika who turned up for an interview on Funny Love Radio afterward, said things have turned from bad to worse for him.
The actor emotionally revealed that Ghanaians will weep if they find out where he sleeps.
Strika also disclosed that aside from his difficulty finding accommodation, he works as a carpenter’s apprentice and has to rely on his master to feed him.
On how he used the money he got from featuring in Beast Of No Nation, he asserted that the proceeds from his appearance in the movie never got to him and he has been forced back into the role of a street boy.
He ended his plea by revealing that he will be very happy if movie directors cast him on even skits or short comedy series.
