In a recent Instagram post actress, Stephanie Sandows spoke openly about how she experienced the first year of married life.
Stephanie and her husband Hungani Ndlovu tied the knot on 23 February 2019, in the presence of their close friends and family, only making their union known to the public one year later.
The most FAQ I still get is “so how’s married life,” Stephanie wrote on Instagram saying: “The generic answer is ‘it’s great’ because if I were to get into it, really answer; I’d tell you how it can be the most challenging thing and the most rewarding.”
She explained what she meant, writing: “You can experience the happiest moments and saddest, the countless laughs and cries too. A culmination of extreme highs and painful lows.”
Stephanie also spoke about the challenges, the compromises and the mistakes she has made. “I wonder what other lessons forever will bring,” she added.
In a previous Youtube video, the couple said that they did didn’t feel it was an “obligation” to announce that they were married publically.
“In the first year of our marriage, we were figuring stuff out and working through some stuff as well. We were trying to find the rhythm, and once we did, that’s when we’d say we were married,” Stephanie explained.
