Samuel Eto’o joins Russian club

Former Cameroonian international Samuel Etoo has joined Russian Premier league side side FC Amkar Perm from Turkish league side Antalyaspor.

The 35 year old who left Antalyaspor in September where he had been serving as interim player- manager after accusing the club of racism makes a return to the Russian league with his last outing being with Anzih Makhachkala.

Amkar Perm becomes the 11th club Eto’o has played for having featured previously for Real Madrid, Legan’es, Espanyol, Real Mallorca, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Chelsea, Everton, Sampdoria and Antalyaspor.
