Following the retired life of the Inspector General of Police, Arase, the official handing over to the brand-new head has actually been carried out.
The newly appointed Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Kpotum Idris, has officially taken over as the former IGP, Dr Solomon E. Arase FDC, NPM (rtd) hands over.
The handing and taking over ceremony between out-going the newly appointed Inspector General of Police took place at the IGP’s Conference Hall in the Force Headquarters, Abuja, yesterday 22nd June, 2016.
