Most Of ODM MPs Have Bad Manners, Says ODM MP

Nakuru West member of Parliament, Samuel Arama has said that he does not support ODM since most of its MPs have childish behavior.

ARama condemned the recent whistle blowing by the MPs saying they cannot run the government.

“This country cannot be governed by leaders who can respect the President. The whistle blowing was childish,” he said.

Arama said that come 2017, he will be defending his seat under the Jubilee Party since ODM has no capability to lead the country.

The Nakuru West MP said it was a big shame that the Cord Principal Raila Odinga supported the legislators who heckled President Uhuru Kenyatta last week.

“Some of the ODM leaders have childish behavior and that is why I decided come to decamp to Jubilee ahead of the upcoming general election,” he said.

Speaking on Tuesday afternoon at Kapkures ward in Nakuru West, Arama said he was the only ODM MP with good manners which his colleagues should emulate.

He said that although some ODM members do not respect President Uhuru Kenyatta, they should at least respect his office.

The lawmaker said that ever since he started working with the government of the day, he has managed to undertake a slum upgrading project worth KES 1.2 billion at his constituency.

The MP at the same time downplayed speculation that he imported people from another constituency to register in Nakuru West during the just concluded IEBC registration.

He said the constitution is very clear that any Kenyan citizen can register at any polling station.
