Nigerian Singer, Davido Set To Sign Upcoming Singer After Replying To His Tweet About Osun Election

A particular Nigerian man struck a good fortune with Davido while the counting of the recently held Osun gubernatorial election was ongoing on Sunday, September 23.

The A-list musician displayed massive support for Senator Adeleke, a candidate who was his uncle, throughout the collation of election results. To forward his loyalty and allegiance to the gubernatorial candidate, Davido wrote quite a lot of controversial and vehement tweets.

As reported by Correspondent, the singer called out the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) several times. He also extended his appeal for a free and fair election to the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

In a tweet to Buhari, Davido urged the president who he called a man of integrity to do the right thing. Several people raised their comments to the post and one of them was a young artiste identified as Kizpanther on Twitter.

Kizpanther, in a reply, simply wrote Amen. This somehow got the attention of Davido who tweeted back and said the one statement that the upcoming artiste had probably been waiting to hear for a long time:

Given the outcome of the just concluded election, it is yet to be known if Davido will go through with his words and sign the artist immediately or if he will wait till a more convenient time to do so. But a fan has enjoined that he keeps his promise any which way.
