Abuja – Nigeria’s security chiefs have actually claimed that they have no concrete idea relating to the location of the abducted Chibok girls
According to Nigerian Tribune, the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Lawan Daura and the Inspector General of Police(IGP) Solomon Arase said this on Wednesday, as they briefed senators during a closed session.
The report said that the senators were depressed to hear that the whereabouts of the girls was not known.
Reports on Thursday, however, quoted American officials as saying that joined forces had managed to locate the girls, but rescue operations had not been carried out due to fears that the hostages could be harmed.
