Davis Mukuha, Naiva Supermarket Managing Director has taken his brother to court over a huge portion in the multi-billionaire estate.
According to The Star the accused told the High Court that Newton Kagira had tampered with their late fathers will where nine of his children would gain a share.
Mukuha said that Kagira had already spent his entire inheritance.
Mukuha also accused his brother of trying to exclude him from the will.
Meanwhile a survey by the Kenyan government’s anti-corruption watchdogshows that half of the citizens believe corruption has increased under President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration.
According to the survey released by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Tuesday, 74 percent of the population believes the level of corruption is high.
