Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwamba says that he will be in ODM come the 2017 General Elections despite talk that he is planning to leave the Orange party.
Namwamba who is the ODM Secretary General stated that he does not have any plans to leave the party and that any problems can be solved within the party structure.
He said that the fact that there were rumours that he is planning to leave for the Jubilee Coalition; he has no plans whatsoever to do so.
“I am in ODM. I can assure you I will be here come 2017,” he said.
“We have problems. No one lives a problem free life but the main concern is ensuring that the issues are dealt with,” he added.
Namwamba also urged Amani National Congress ANC boss Musalia Mudavadi to join ODM and help Luhya people get into government.
“ I urge Luhya leaders to rally behind one party come 2017,” he added.
