This fact notwithstanding, one military man has warmed many hearts on the internet as he was seen sharing the word of God on his way to work.
In the video captured and shared on Facebook with the caption, “Glory be to God”, the military man had gathered some people in a lorry station and sang songs, prayed with them and shared a short exhortation with them.
Many people tend to ‘panic’ at the sight of these uniformed men but this particular incident saw many people taking out their mobile phones to capture the ‘rare’ moment on tape.
In the past, military men were noted for staging coup d’états and were not known to propagate the word of God on the streets. The military man indicated that he was on his way to work and decided to have his quiet time with the people at the station.
In recent news about the military, some military women have reportedly revealed that civilian men do not approach them to date them.
One military lady has however come out to debunk the notion of fear among civilian men who are in love with military women. She went on to charge the civilian men to approach the women they were in love with and cited reasons why a military partner was the best thing any civilian man could have.
