Man Arrested Over Kitengela Murder.

A man was arrested by the Kajiado police for allegedly killing a businessman in Kitengela.

According to The Star on April 5th a group of armed gangsters shot and killed businessman, Charles Obiri and robbed his wife of Sh5 000 in cash.

Witnesses report that on the night of his murder a white pickup truck dropped five or six people off and then half an hour later gun shots were heard.

Isinya police boss Stephen Weda said the robbers raided several estates.

Obiri was gunned down while trying to escape, he was shot three times in the head, arm and chest.

The robbers are suspected to come from Nairobi’s Eastlands.

Meanwhile a Kenyan bishop is entangled in KES 5.6 million theft which he allegedly obtained from two worshipers at his church.

The two female victims are alleged to have sent KES 4 million via M-Pesa and the remaining KES 1.6 million in cash between January and March.

The Bishop who pastors at United Hope World Reach Church had promised the women that he would drive away demons.

He now faces charges of obtaining money by false pretenses.
