Libya’s parliament postponed election of self-confidence anticipated to be held on Monday on a new UN-backed unity government looking for its authority,deputies stated.
They informed AFP a special session of the internationally-recognised parliament, to be held in the eastern city of Tobruk, cannot happen due to “huge differences”.
