Kenyan TV Anchor, Lillian Muli Reveals Her Fitness Journey Plans A Month After Giving Birth

Citizen TV anchor Lilian Muli has revealed plans to hit the gym barely a month after giving birth to a bouncing baby Boy named Liam.
The mother of two shared the good news of looking forward to put her body in shape and loose some fat via her Instagram account.

Mixed reactions
Despite Ms Muli expressing her desires to hit the gym, mixed reactions were registered after the announcement with a section encouraging her to go ahead while others asked her to enjoy breastfeeding moments before she starts working out.

In April, the Media Personality advised women on how to avoid sagging breasts after giving birth.

According to the TV Girl, all women should be advised to balance the amount of time the baby spends suckling each tit otherwise one will stretch more than the other.

“This is what Breastfeeding can do. FYI you have to balance the amount of time the baby spends suckling each tit otherwise one will stretch more than the other and eventually look bigger than the other (lol not an old wives tale I’m serious) that’s not very cute.” Shared Lilian Muli.

In her case, Ms Muli states that she was lucky to have learned that before giving birth to her first born baby Josh.
