Ababu Namwamba is lying that he has left ODM, a Jubilee Politician says.
Raphael Wanjala, a former Budalang’i MP himself and a prospective Jubilee candidate for the seat come the 2017 elections says that Ababu is still in ODM and has duped President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP William Ruto.
According to Wanjala, Ababu has yet to publicly declare that he has left ODM.
Nor has he handed in his resignation from the ODM Secretary General’s position.
” Ababu is misleading the President and DP. He is still a member of ODM,” he told News24 in Nairobi.
He accused Ababu of using the people of Budalang’i to match his own aspirations and urged them to banish him from the region come the polls.
” Ababu is a political posturer who has done very little for the people of his constituency in ten years. His time is up,” he added.
Ababu has been traversing the country spreading anti ODM messages but is yet to officially relinquish his position in the ODM top brass.
He has also yet to say who he will support for the Presidency come the 2017 polls.
