Homa Bay Priest Arrested For Injuring Son Over KSH10 Offering.

Police in Homa Bay have arrested a priest after he allegedly hit and injured his 4-year-old son, claiming he had stolen a KSh.10 offering.

Vincent Otieno Odhiambo who is a Legio Maria priest is said to have been angered after the boy stole the cash which was part of the offerings that had been brought by faithfuls.

According to area police boss Nixon Makokha, the boy has been rushed to Ndhiwa Sub-County Hospital in a critical condition.

He has urged parents in the area to refrain from corporal punishment and encouraged them to always try other means of disciplining their children
