Two trucks collided and then burst into fire at Salama on Friday morning, killing four people.
Two victims in each of the trucks burnt to death inside the driver’s cabin where they were trapped.
According to Daily Nation, the accident occurred after a container truck heading towards Nairobi rammed into an oil tanker, also heading in the same direction.
On Thursday, another truck that was ferrying soda overturned near the same spot causing a huge snarl up as residents rushed to loot the drinks.
No casualties were reported.
