Drake’s 5-Year-Old Son Designed Cover for His Album ‘For All The Dogs’

Drake has revealed that the artist behind the cover art for his upcoming album “For All The Dogs” is his five-year-old son, Adonis. The Canadian artist unveiled the artwork, which depicts a four-legged monster with distinguishing traits such as long ears and huge crimson eyes. The body of the animal is filled in with what appears to be white chalk, which contrasts against the black background.

“FOR ALL THE DOGS,” Drake wrote in an Instagram post, adding: “Cover by Adonis”. Drake frequently posts pictures of Adonis on social media, including Adonis watching his father perform live for the first time earlier this month in Los Angeles.

Adonis Graham, born in 2017 to Drake and French artist Sophie Brussaux, frequently attends basketball games with his father and is bilingual, fluent in both French and English. Drake finally recognized his fatherhood on his 2018 album Scorpion, declaring “The kid is mine” and explained that he wasn’t hiding his child but rather keeping him from public scrutiny. Drake and Brussaux both decided to post pictures of Adonis when he turns two in March 2020.

According to the Independent, Drake explained his initial decision to keep pictures of his son private by saying on Lil Wayne’s radio show, “Young Money Radio with Lil Wayne” on Apple Music, that he wanted the freedom to go places and create memories with his son without the intrusion of public attention.

Drake stated that he did not want his decision to become a superstar to have an impact on his son’s life, thus he originally chose not to post images. He desired to be free of this expectation and provide his son with a more normal life free of continual public scrutiny.
