Last night, the Eko Hotels, Lagos was filled to its 6000 capacity for the anticipated Wizkid The Concert show and fans in attendance received the best Christmas gift in 2017 musical history.
According to multiple sources, the concert was much more than expected with the star boy performing his numerous hits alongside various co headliners. However, the height of last night’s concert which many have tagged the biggest ‘Christmas Gift’ of Nigerian Afropop history, saw Wizkid end his years old beef with the one and only, OBO, Davido.
Amidst the intense performance, Wizkid went back stage for a minute and emerged with Davido singing along to Davido’s hit song, FIA. See video:

Still on the speculation, just a few days ago, Davido granted an interview where he revealed that he had no beef with Wizid. In his words: “There is nothing between Wizkid and me; I am on my own. There is nothing.”
Well if words of industry shareholder, Paul Okoye aka Pauloo of Upfront and Personal is anything to go by, then we can squash that it was all publicity and believe that this Christmas Gift was absolutely real.
Paul shared on his Instagram page with a video of both stars performing on stage: “Wizzz x DavidO thanx for my Christmas and New Year Present🙏🏾 I asked x beg U listen 👂 best to come 2018”.
This is definitely the best Christmas Gift !
