David Otunga will not be charged for an alleged domestic violence incident with Jennifer Hudson.
For sometime now the Police has been investigating David for domestic battery after Jennifer filed a protective order against him back in November, which led to a custody battle of the son David Jnr.
Jennifer later dropped the charges against her ex as they reached a temporary custody agreement
According to TMZ, the police have completed their investigation and will not charge David and haveclosed the case.
