The Oscars is full of huge stars, but it’s not just big celebrities attending – some famous guests took their mothers as their dates for the night.
From Michael B Jordan and Bradley Cooper to Charlize Theron and Yalitza Aparicio, the moms were out in full force supporting their offspring whether they were nominated or merely just presenting.
The top mom moment of the night however, goes to Regina King’s mom Gloria.
When accepting the trophy for Best Supporting Actress for her role in If Beale Street Could Talk, Regina broke down in tears thanking her mom for always supporting her.
Regina King praised James Baldwin, director Barry Jenkins, and her family in the first #Oscars acceptance speech of the night.
"I'm an example of what it looks like when support and love is poured into someone." https://t.co/gUkLCj3Xo7 pic.twitter.com/YW6RgIltff
