Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar purchased the advice of Senate President Bukola Saraki accompanied from the court after a tough debate with the court.
Among Saraki’s advises Rapheal Oluyede, asked the tribunal’s chairman, Danladi Umar to invalidate himself from the instance.
Oluyode that was standing for the 2nd time at the tribunal, rose quickly after appearance were introduced and also tried to present a movement which he claimed had actually been connected to the tribunal on Wednesday.
The prosecution counsel, Rotimi Jacobs, objected strongly to the motion, and interrupted Oluyede.
The tribunal chairman dismissed the motion swiftly.
The tribunal soon became rowdy as the counsel holding brief for Kanu Agabi, Saraki’s lead counsel, insisted they be heard.
Oluyede got into a fierce argument with Danladi and was almost escorted out of the tribunal by the police, following the order of the tribunal chairman, before Jacobs pleaded on his behalf.
Saraki is facing trial for being accused of false asset declaration.
