We Can’t Find Jacob Juma Killers, Police Says

A public inquest will derive the cause of businessman Jacob Juma’s death, the Director of Criminal investigations DCI has recommended.

Director of Public Prosecutions DPP Keriako Tobiko says that he has received the file of Juma’s death from DCI boss Ndegwa Muhoro in which he has recommended a public inquest into the matter.

Tobiko says he will review the file and make a decision.

” The file is under review and the DPP will make a recommendation going forward,” he said Friday.

Juma was killed in cold blood and his body found along Ngong Road on May 6 just past Lenana School while on his way to Karen.

Police have been investigating the murder but say that thus far they do not have any incriminating evidence to make arrests.

CORD leader Raila Odinga insists that there is a cover up to hide Juma’s killers.

A number of prominent persons have been linked to the killing, including DP William Ruto who has denied the accusations.
