Boko Haram Fighters Kill At Least 15 In Niger Village Raid

Boko Haram militants raided a village in southern Niger, shooting dead or slitting the throats of at least 15 people, security sources in the West African nation said on Friday.

The overnight attack took place in the village of N’Gourtoua in the Diffa region near Niger’s border with Nigeria, as residents celebrated Tabaski, the Muslim festival of sacrifice.
