A FORD Kenya MP has joined the Jubilee Party and accused party leader Moses Wetang’ula of lacking in ideas.
Nicholas Ngikor, the MP for Turkana east said that he had done his time in FORD Kenya and that it was his time to move forward.
He said that FORD Kenya had stagnated to the point of no return.
” It was a good time to leave FORD Kenya which was lacking. It was stuck in gear one,” he told News24.
He accused Wetang’ula of lacking in a vision to make the party bigger.
” When the leader of the party is busy running agendas of others, then we have no option other than to move on,” he added
He said that he now expects to see better movement both politically and development wise in his constituency now that he has joined Jubilee.
” The progress made under the Jubilee government is there for all to see. We are moving there as a result,” he added.
He has been joined in Jubilee by area leader Senator John Munyes.
