Abuja – A brave officer has actually apparently lost his job and livelihood while solitarily dealing against insurgency in the Borno State capital of Maiduguri.
According to a Naij report, Muazu Alhaji Misiya was employed by First Bank during the height of Boko Haram terrorism in the country, following which he lost his job due to his determination to fight terrorists.
Misiya, a father of six, is said to have joined the Civilian Joint Task Force shortly after his retrenchment in a bid to assist the Nigerian Army in their war against terrorism.
Since joining the task force, Misiya is said to have experienced a few close calls but never relented in his pursuit of peace.
Elaborating further on his mission, Misiya claimed that he has been given the name “Warrior” due to his contributions in the fight against insurgency, while some members of the public have taken to calling him “Hero”.
