President Uhuru Kenyatta has named old faces in three senior public appointments announced Friday.
According to The Star, Franklin Bett has been named chairman of the Agricultural Finance Corporation AFC.
He has also promoted Nzioka Waita as deputy to Chief of Staff Joseph Kinyua, who is also head of Public Service.
