KRA Officers Intercept Parcel Suspected To Be Heroin

Officers for the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) found a narcotic substance suspected to be heroin at Kenyatta International Airport, reports Daily nation.

KRA Officers found a one kilogramme parcel which was sent from China headed for Kisumu.

According to KRA Customs and Border Control Commissioner, Julius Musyoki said they intercepted the parcel at DHL.

The matter is being investigated by the Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU).

Meanwhile the Kenyan Revenue Authority (KRA) intercepted and apprehended drug traffickers attempting to export postal package containing illegal narcotics.

The KRA seized 6kgs of illegal narcotics from Senegal during a routine screening mission that was on route to the United Kingdom.
