Zimbabwe Music Awards 2016: Check Out Popular Celebrities Mbo Mahocs, Gilmore Tee Looks As Hosts Of The Event

Zimbabwean Entertainment Duo, Gilmore Tee and Mbo Mahocs, who recently hosted the red carpet at the Zimbabwe Music Awards 2016 made style statements at the ceremony.

The duo who are award winning style icons pulled fashionable stops at the 7th Edition awards held at the Harare International Conference Centre in Zimbabwe on Thursday the 25th of February 2016.

Both Gilmore Tee’s bespoke outfits were a creation of Durban Based Zimbabwean Top Designer, Thembani Mubochwa.

On the red carpet, which was screened on the national Zimbabwean Television, Gilmore wore a double breasted brown suit with gold royal buttons. His crystal white shirt was accompanied by a black tie and black shoes, with the shocking element being the green and yellow stripped #HappySocks that got a lot of people talking.

The ever stylish Mbo Mahocs wore a Thembani Mubochwa glittery top which was accompanied by a super gorgeous black tutu skirt, Mbo’s trademark. With a natural Afro to accompany the look, Mbo finished up her red carpet outfit with a pair of red Christian Louboutin. Both their makeup was done by the award winning Vault Cosmetics.

For the second look which she used to go on the main stage to co-present 4 awards to Zimbabwean Musicians, Mbo Mahocs wore an African printed Jumpsuit by Zimbabwean Designer – Andre, a log tail from Thembani Mubochwa and the same pair of heels from the first look.

 Gilmore chose a tailored navy blue blazer, white shirt and tailored stripped baseball like trousers, with the #HappySocks and navy blue pair of shoes.
