A Ugandan national is cooling his heels at a slammer in Bungoma, Kenya after a witchdoctor foiled his attempts at stealing a personal car.

The man had reportedly come into Kenya with the aim of taking back two personal cars to Uganda; a Toyota Axio and Toyota Premio.
So, when he got to Bungoma, he rented two cars at KSh 5,000 (Ghc215) each for his “alleged clients” and reportedly drugged the car’s owner.

The car that had been stolen
The owner reportedly woke up in hospital on Sunday, June 25 without his car Keys.
He approached a local witchdoctor who promised him that the thief would be nabbed within three days.
The car which was stolen on Friday, June 23 was recovered two days later after a swarm of bees attacked the thief.

The witchdoctor who made it all happen
Newsofafrica understands that the thief ran into a police station with a swarm of bees hot at his wake.
He had been stung severally although not life-threateningly. It took the witchdoctor a few minutes to reverse the curse and stop the bees.
He is being held at the police station awaiting his appearance in court.
