Ugandan Singer, Bebe Cool Lauds Boris Johnson’s Ban On Online Football Racists

Ugandan singer Moses Ssali a.k.a Bebe Cool is also up against the popular racism saga against England national team players; Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka.

Taking it to his social media on Wednesday, Bebe Cool seconded United Kingdom Prime Minister, Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson’s announcement of a ban on online racists from accessing football games.

Bebe Cool said this would be the long-awaited solution to the immense racism that black players have always suffered.

Maybe the missing of penalties by black players was a blessing in disguise for all the suffering black players have endured for many years. With this if done, atleast the real fight against racism in sports will have begun,” Bebe Cool stated.

Boris Johnson’s directive implies that the UK government will have to change football banning orders to cover online racism.

This decision was met after more than one million people signing a change.org petition calling for those who racially abuse players to be banned for life.

The petition was erected after players Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, and Bukayo Saka were attacked online for missing penalties in the 2020 Euro Final match against Italy.

Italy beat England 3-2 on penalties at Wembley Stadium, London to be crowned European champions.

Bebe Cool is one of the staunch Arsenal F.C fans in Uganda.
