The popular sensation Tanzanian singer Ali Kiba has welcomed a baby boy. News of the development broke via the bongo flavour star’s Instagram account a few hours ago.
“Mabrouk (blessings)” one of the three kids in the video that has garnered over eighty thousand views is heard congratulating the singer.
Celebrity stylist Eric One Wash, known to be close to Kiba, was also amongst the first to congratulate the director of Rockstar 4000.
“Hongera bro @officialalikiba …..barakaaa toka kwa Mungu one love …….msalimu sana malaika wetu,” posted One Wash.
The ‘Seduce Me’ singer wedded Mombasa-born Amina Rikesh Khalef in April 19, 2018, at Masjid Ummu-kulthum mosque in Kizingo.
The colourful ceremony is reported to have cost over Sh50 million and was graced by the crème de la crème in the society led by Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho.
Tanzania’s former First Lady Salma Kikwete was also present in the wedding whose reception was held at the grand Serena hotel.
The Kenyan wedding was then followed by another in the city of Dar es Salaam.
The good news comes weeks after the passing of Kiba’s father Mzee Saleh Kiba.
Mzee Saleh passed away in a Dar es Salaam hospital where he had been admitted for treatment.
