Zari Hassan, the wife of singer Diamond Platnumz, is in mourning.
The mum of 3 has taken to her social media to confirm the death of the father of her 3 sons Ivan Ssemwanga, who reportedly passed on following a cardiac arrest.
According to Ghafla, Ivan died while receiving treatment at the Steve Biko Hospital in Pretoria, South Africa. The rumour of his death first surfaced yesterday on social media, but no one could categorically confirm until Zari Hassan posted her mournful note.

“God Loves Those That Are Special And That’s Exactly Who You Were & I Guess That’s Why He Wanted You To Himself. You Have Touched And Helped Thousands, You Did Wonders And I Remember You Telling Me “Life Is Too Short Zee Let Me Live It To The Fullest.
“This Very Dark Hour It Makes Sense Why You Always Said Those Words To Me. To Your Sons, You Were A Hero-Some Kind Of Superman. Anyone Who Has Ever Been In Your Presence Knows What A Charming Person You Were. “You Will Be Missed And Remembered In So Many Ways. You Were IVAN THE GREAT!”
Following the failure of their union, Zari Hassan moved on and married singer Diamond Platnumz with whom she now has 2 children with.
Diamond Platnumz has also taken to his Instagram to share a condolence message.
