Today, August 22, 2016, marks the 38th anniversary of the passing on of the Founding Father of our Nation Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.
President Uhuru Kenyatta will lead the nation in remembering the life and times of the Founding President.
The President will attend a ceremony of the laying of wreaths at the Mzee Kenyatta’s Mausoleum at Parliament Buildings, and afterwards attend a memorial service at the Holy Family Minor Basilica, at 10 am.
The public is invited to attend.
