Popular Nollywood actor Aremu Afolayan has taken to social media to release a series of videos to express his displeasure with government officials. The actor shared the videos after he had a terrible experience with officials at the airport.
The actor had alleged that parastatals at Murtala Muhammed International Airport had stopped his sister from leaving the country. He said airline staff had claimed that his sister’s passport is fake.
He also revealed that they had asked his sister who was travelling to France with a France passport and visa, to get a Nigerian passport with a visa.

According to the actor, his sister is not a citizen of Nigeria and she doesn’t need a Nigerian passport. He also noted that someone travelling out of Nigeria has no need for a Nigerian visa.
Afolayan further added that they later agreed to let the lady on the plane but they also requested for additional cost.
He also revealed that the security at the departure also asked the lady to pay them if she wants her family to see her to the check in point.
In the video, the frustrated actor called out all officials in power, noting that the officials have refused to do something about the country.
