Former National Security Advisor, Sambo Dasuki has said that God will judge those who are prosecuting him of old grievances while he was in active army service many years ago, Naij reports.
Dasuki faces charges of illegal possession of firearms, money laundering and breach of trust, but claims that he is being persecuted by those in power who hold a personal vendetta against him.
The former NSA has been tried in court on three different occasions, having been arrested as recently as December last year following charges by the Federal Government.
He was accused of stealing more than $2 billion meant to purchase weapons to fight Boko Haram.
