Nigeria: 24 Boko Haram Members Arrested By MNJTF

It is alleged that the Multinational Joint Task Force arrested 24 members of insurgency group, Boko Haram along the Cameroonian borders,Naij reported.

Spokesperson of MNJTF, Muhammad Dole, states that those arrested were trying to escape the combined onslaught of the Nigerian troops.

Several arms were found during the operation within and around the Sambisa forest.

PremiumTimes reports that the insurgents were migrating to other villages and the Nigerian troops were able to clear six villages occupied by the terrorists.
