Mrs Buhari has retold the story of how her family was taken from her at the hands of militants in Ogun State, Naij reports.
While lamenting the death of her husband, Waheed Buhari, over the weekend, Ramota Buhari has told of how her husband died in her arms during an attack staged by militants in the Sagamu LGA of the state.
Narrating the tragic incident, Buhari claims her husband was killed just moments after he stepped out to urinate, while her 13-year-old daughter was shot during the ordeal.
Scores are alleged to have been killed by rampaging militants who claim to be seeking revenge for the death of their colleagues, New Telegraph reports.
Muyiwa Adejobi, State Police spokesman, has confirmed the incident, stating that militants numbered about 100 when the attack took place.
