Mexican-Swahili rapper Edgar Manuel, otherwise known as The Romantico graduated from Catholic University last week with a degree in Sacred Theology.
The rapper who has been the talk of town after ditching priesthood seminary to join music couldn’t hide his excitement as he mingled with friends and fans at the graduation.
“It was important for me to graduate to fulfill what I came to do. I will always be a theologian. It helps me think critically and analytically.
“Of course, I hope to use this degree to advance my music career in some way and use it to get an alternative job now that I can’t be both a priest and a secular rapper,” said The Romantico, speaking exclusively
