Mansion Belonging To Late Ugandan Billionaire Ivan Semwanga Put Up For Sale [Photos]

City socialite, business man and husband to Zari Hassan, Don Ivan Semwanga passed on about three months ago and left behind property worth billions including a mansion in Muyenga which has now been put up for sale.

Apparently, our sources have confirmed to us that due to unending family disputes about who should be the rightful owner to all Ivan’s property, they have now resorted to selling off his property then share the money even though some of the family members do not second this.

However, even though some members had not yet agreed to sale off this mansion, the ones with the land titles and all the documentation decided to give up the mansion to Mullin Properties Limited, a Land and property agency which put up the mansion at a whopping 1 Million Dollars which is approximately UGx 36 Billions.

The property agency put up the mansion for sale on their website plus your social media platforms even though some of the comments from potential buyers weren’t encouraging with some saying that Ivan’s ghost will come back to haunt whoever will buy that house.

It should also be remembered that on the past few months, the rightful owner owner of this property who is Zari Hassan has lost two of her closest, that is her baby daddy Ivan Semwanga and her mother.
