A Route 33 driver told police he saw a man self servicing while driving Friday morning on the highway in Northampton County, according to a news release.

Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast said they were investigating the open lewdness complaint.

The victim, a 63-year-old Hackettstown man, told police the incident occurred about 8:19 a.m. on Route 33 North at Route 248 in Lower Nazareth Township, the release states.

Police had an incomplete description of the offending driver, said to be about 25 and driving a green or blue Toyota Corolla, according to the release.
