Kim Kardashian and Kanye West look to have an exciting year ahead, and are reportedly expecting baby number four.

According to our correspondent, the couple is using the same surrogate that gave birth to their 11-month-old daughter Chicago.

Kim and Kanye’s first two children are North West (5) and Saint (3).
