Kenya’s secular rapper turned gospel artist, Collo, who is known for his hit single ‘Bazokizo’ has for the first time revealed what led to his decision to turn to Christ.
“My long time girlfriend Phoebe Ida and now wife, challenged me. She told me, ‘í’m going to church with your daughter and if you are not joining me, I don’t know what we are doing together” he explained.
“For me that was just the defining moment. And I believe, according to me that is what led to my salvation, because family is key. When I got saved, I fell in love with being a father. I feel in love with life. I stopped surviving, I started living. I fell in love with my wife all over again” he revealed further.
Never under estimate the power of love. Collo is a changed man now, and he is enjoying every bit of it.
